Dandelion is a 2-strength Close Combat unit with a built-in Commander’s Horn. When you play him, he doubles the strength of the other units in his row. Only one horn can be active per row.
He’s the grand prize for winning the gwent competition at the masquerade ball at the Vegelbud Estate in Novigrad, during A Matter of Life and Death.
