Torrential Rain is a weather card that sets the strength of all non-hero Siege units on both sides to 1. It’s a strong counter to Northern Realms decks packed with Catapults and Trebuchets.
We count 2 copies: one in the starter deck you get in White Orchard and one random reward from gwent players. The Witcher wiki lists 2 in the starter deck plus 1 random instead, but 2 copies is what matches the base-game total.
