The Mahakaman Defender is a strength 5 Close Combat unit with no ability. With 5 copies in the game, it’s one of the easiest ways to build a strong front row for the Scoia’tael. Watch out for Biting Frost, which sets every non-hero Close Combat unit to 1 strength until someone plays Clear Weather.
You buy the copies from the innkeeps of the Kingfisher, Seven Cats Inn and Golden Sturgeon, from Marquise Serenity at the Passiflora, and from Stjepan at The Alchemy in Oxenfurt. The Hearts of Stone circus merchant sells backups.
