The Elven Skirmisher is a strength 2 Ranged Combat unit with Muster. Play one and every other Elven Skirmisher in your deck joins it, which floods the ranged row with a single card. That also means you only need one of them in your hand to get the whole group onto the board. Its main threat is Impenetrable Fog, which drops every non-hero Ranged Combat unit to 1 strength until Clear Weather is played.
There are 3 copies. One is sold by the innkeep in Urialla Harbor in the Skellige Isles, and the other two are random rewards from gwent players.
