Skellige Storm is a Blood and Wine weather card. It sets the strength of all non-hero Ranged Combat and Siege units on both sides to 1, hitting two rows at once.
There are 3 copies, all won in Toussaint during Gwent: Never Fear, Skellige’s Here. Beat the butcher in Beauclair near Beauclair Port, and the armorer and the barber at the Tourney Grounds.
Clear Weather removes it like any other weather, and hero cards are immune. It’s a natural fit for the Skellige deck, which is the only deck allowed in the Beauclair tournament.
