Both copies come in the Northern Realms starter deck Geralt receives when he learns gwent in White Orchard, so you don’t need to buy them.
Because they share a row with Ballista and Catapult, Torrential Rain can hurt a siege-heavy deck badly. Foltest: Lord Commander of the North or a Clear Weather card helps. Foltest: The Siegemaster, on the other hand, doubles every Siege unit, which makes a pair of Trebuchets much more threatening.
