A Score to Settle is a fistfighting side quest in The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings that is set up in Chapter 2 and pays off in Chapter 3 in the ruins of Loc Muinne. Who comes looking for a rematch depends on which path Geralt took.
On the Iorveth path it is Silgrat, the less famous brother of the war hero Seltkirk, who wanted to win some glory by flattening a witcher in Vergen (One on One: Vergen). On the Roche path it is Burton, a Kaedweni soldier who squared up to Geralt during Against the Blue Stripes until Zyvik broke things up, and who stomped off muttering about “square coin collectors”, a nod to the conspiracy against Henselt.
Neither man has let it go. In Loc Muinne the grudge resurfaces and Geralt gets jumped for a second round of fists. Win it and that is the last he sees of his would-be nemesis.
