Compared with the Superior Ursine Steel Sword base damage rises from 256-312 to 284-348. Blood and Wine adds one more step, the Grandmaster Ursine Steel Sword, which needs this one as a component.
Pair it with the Mastercrafted Ursine Armor from the same tier, and with the Mastercrafted Ursine Silver Sword for the other half of a witcher’s kit.
How to obtain
Crafted by a master blacksmith once you have the mastercrafted Ursine steel sword diagram. The recipe consumes the Superior Ursine Steel Sword, so craft it first. Requires character level 34.
