Upper Mill is a small brick mill east of Miller’s Lake in the Brunwich area, northeast of Novigrad. The villagers raised it together to replace the old wooden Lower Mill.

In Hearts of Stone an Ofieri camp sets up here, with a runewright and the merchant Dulla kh’Amanni. The mill is the base for the Enchanting quests and the starting point of Races: Swift as the Western Winds.
