The Ancient Cemetaur is a trophy quest in Act IV of The Witcher, set around the lakeside village of Murky Waters. The mayor, Tobias Hoffman, tells Geralt about a beast lurking in the crypt in the fields – Ureus, an old cemetaur that has probably snacked on more than a few villagers over the years.
Getting to Ureus means cutting through a crypt packed with alps, alghouls, ghouls, fleders and lesser cemetaurs. Bring his head back to Tobias for a handsome bounty. Handy bonus: the cat harness needed for Small Problems is in the same crypt, so grab it while you’re down there.
