Yaevinn

Yaevinn is an elf who leads a group of Scoia’tael. In Act II, in Worth Its Weight in Gold, he trusts Geralt to carry a letter to his friend Golan Vivaldi in Vizima, even though the letter links Vivaldi to the Squirrels.

In Act III, in the Trade Quarter, Yaevinn sends Geralt into the city sewers in Echoes of Yesterday to find his men, who went looking for an old elven temple, and asks him to recover any artefacts linked to Lara. Geralt kills a vampire that slew most of them and later takes Yaevinn to the elven ruins. In The Unforgiven, Yaevinn’s elves are one of the possible allies against Salamandra. When Vivaldi’s bank is robbed in Gold Rush, Geralt speaks with Yaevinn and must choose between his Scoia’tael and the Order of the Flaming Rose, and if talks fail, he must go below and capture him.

In Act V, during The Flame That Cleanses, Yaevinn is wild with grief after Toruviel’s death. He attacks at the barricade in Old Vizima and kills White Rayla with an arrow.
