Lugos Drummond, better known as Madman Lugos, is jarl of Clan Drummond and son of Lugos Harelip. He rules from Kaer Muire on the southern half of Ard Skellig. Even by the standards of the Skellige Isles, where tempers run hot, he stands out. His son Blueboy Lugos is one of the young hopefuls for the throne.

Lugos is a guest at King Bran’s funeral feast at Kaer Trolde in The King is Dead – Long Live the King, where the jarls gather to put forward candidates for the crown, and he is not a man to hide what he thinks of outsiders. He is one of the Skellige lords whose support matters in the struggle for the throne, and he appears again at the Coronation. He is also a gwent player in Gwent: Skellige Style.
