Madman Lugos is a 6-strength Close Combat unit with no ability, one of the higher-value plain cards in the Skellige deck. The Skellige deck has its own perk as well: at the start of round three, 2 random units from your discard pile return to the battlefield.
It comes in the basic Skellige deck that Count Martin Monnier hands you at The Pheasantry in Beauclair when you sign up for the tournament or start Gwent: Never Fear, Skellige’s Here. One copy exists.
