His Imperial Majesty is the leader you start with when you get the Nilfgaardian deck. His ability picks a Torrential Rain card from your deck and plays it straight away, which drops every non-hero Siege unit on the board to 1 strength. Every deck runs exactly one leader, and an active leader ability can only be used once per match, so timing matters.
