Pureblood Elf is the leader that comes with the Scoia’tael deck. Its ability picks a Biting Frost card from your deck and plays it instantly, which drops every non-hero Close Combat unit to 1 strength on both sides. Every deck runs exactly one leader, and an active leader ability can only be used once per match, so timing matters. Playing Scoia’tael also lets you decide who goes first, unless both players use Scoia’tael, in which case it’s a normal coin flip.
You don’t need to find it anywhere. The card comes with the Scoia’tael deck as its default leader.
