Katakan is the strongest of the vampire units at 5 strength in Close Combat, and it has Muster too, so any same-name copies in your deck come along. Keep Biting Frost in mind, though: it drops every non-hero unit in Close Combat to 1 strength, on both sides.
You win it from Madman Lugos at Kaer Muire on Ard Skellig in Gwent: Skellige Style. If he can no longer be played, you can loot the card from his room. It counts for Collect ‘Em All.
