Alina
Alina is the daughter of the village chief in the lakeside village Geralt reaches in Act IV. In the main quest Alvin, Dandelion learns that she has taken in Alvin, and Geralt goes to find the boy and see what kind of people his new guardians are. Alina makes a good first impression on him.
In The Heat of the Day, Alina is getting ready to marry Julian, but she fears her sister Celina is showing too much interest in him and asks Geralt for help. Geralt confirms that Celina is pursuing Julian, though Julian is indifferent. Alina is not worried, as she trusts Julian and his feelings for her. A young man named Adam is also secretly in love with her.
After Alvin warns that something bad is coming, Alina disappears while picking raspberries in the fields. Geralt finds her ghost there as a noonwraith and may learn that Celina killed her out of jealousy. He gathers the shards of her Nehaleni’s mirror and has it repaired, but even that does not free her spirit.
