Cecil Burdon
Cecil Burdon is the alderman of Vergen, the dwarven town in Upper Aedirn, in The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings. He is a former miner, and the journal describes him as realistic, practical and level-headed, exactly what Vergen needed in an administrator: the right dwarf in the right place.
He is also the legal guardian of Skalen Burdon.
In The Witcher 2
Geralt deals with Burdon in Chapter II on Iorveth‘s path, when the story takes him to Vergen. Burdon is the one who pays out for The Harpy Contract, posted on the notice board near the tavern. Once the harpy problem is handled, he rewards Geralt with a fire rune, 200 orens and experience.
