Cyprian Wiley, known to all of Novigrad as Whoreson Junior, took over the empire of his father, the original Whoreson, by having him killed. He inherited casinos, brothels and fighting pits, and became one of the Big Four, alongside Francis Bedlam, Cleaver and Sigi Reuven. He is cruel even by the standards of his trade: with the Church of the Eternal Fire’s help, he sent unsuspecting zealots into his arena to be slaughtered for the crowd.

Radovid’s man

Behind the backs of the other bosses, Junior worked for King Radovid, who wanted a gang war to make Novigrad easier to seize. His men attacked the Big Four’s meeting at the bathhouse, but the attempt failed, and Cleaver started hunting him.

In The Witcher 3

Geralt hunts Junior in Get Junior, because Junior crossed paths with Ciri during her time in the city. Geralt raids his casino and arena, and in the end Radovid himself gives Junior up, revealing a hiding place in Oxenfurt. After a painful interrogation, Junior tells Geralt what he knows about Ciri, and the witcher decides whether he lives or dies. Ciri has her own score to settle with him, which she brings up in Payback.
