The Unseen Elder of Toussaint guards a gate between the world of vampires and the human world, where he has been since the Conjunction of the Spheres.
He lives in utter silence in the cave of Hen Gàidh, which can only be opened with crystals held by higher vampires, and he is hostile to anyone who disturbs him. In What Lies Unseen, Geralt and Regis must seek his help to find Dettlaff, and every word spoken in his presence must be chosen with care.
