Through Time and Space is one of the most unusual main quests in The Witcher 3, and part of Final Preparations. When Avallac’h hears that Imlerith is dead, he has a bold idea: what if they could turn Ge’els, one of Eredin’s most powerful allies and the man the king relies on for reinforcements, against him? For that he needs help from a dreamer, and Triss points him to Corinne Tilly in Novigrad.
From the Rosemary and Thyme, Avallac’h and Geralt set out on a journey through other worlds. They cross a scorching desert full of sandcrabs and frozen ice plains swept by the White Frost, jumping from one world to another through portals, with hounds of the Wild Hunt on their heels. It is a striking change of scenery from anything else in the game.
The journey ends in Tir ná Lia, the city of the Aen Elle elves, where Avallac’h and Geralt meet Ge’els. The conversation there, and what Ge’els agrees to, has a real impact on the battle to come.
