Crinfrid Reavers Dragon Hunter is a 5-strength Ranged Combat unit with Tight Bond. Each copy placed next to another doubles in strength, so a full set of three on the ranged row adds up fast.
You can buy all 3 copies. One comes from Elsa or Bram in White Orchard, one from the merchant in Midcopse, and one from the merchant in Claywich in Velen.
The Claywich merchant is the tricky one. You first have to free him from a cage southeast of the Boatmakers’ Hut, and that encounter is known to be buggy, so save before you open the cage.
