Reardon Manor is a once-grand noble estate located in the quiet agricultural hills of eastern Velen. Following the sudden disappearance of its aristocratic family, the manor fell into complete ruin and decay, becoming heavily overgrown with wild vegetation. The main house and surrounding barns became the nesting grounds for a dangerous wraith, or alternatively, a temporary hideout filled with deadly tripwires set by the legendary witcher Letho of Gulet. It stands as a chilling monument to Velen’s fallen nobility and hidden family secrets.
